About the Team
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, aiming to attract, hire, and retain top talents for the organization. In the recruitment process, employer branding forms part of a candidate’s experience that we deliver as well.
About the Role
The Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Intern will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. This role will gain exposure to the recruitment process, collaborate with stakeholders of different lines of businesses in The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) on building a robust employer brand, and elevate Disney’s candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the Disney intern experience by supporting engagement programs and initiatives that foster a connected, engaged, and inclusive intern community while building meaningful relationships and cultivating a vibrant intern community and network
- Plan, coordinate and organize engagement activities and events for Disney Internships
- Support the development and execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
- Plan and propose content calendars - identifying opportunities to showcase talent, culture, and intern and/or employee stories
- Curate and design marketing assets (photography, videography, graphic designs) and engaging content for Recruitment Marketing efforts to showcase Disney’s company values, culture, engagements and employee experiences through different platforms (i.e., social media, email newsletters, internal portals)
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on local and regional initiatives and projects
- Ad-hoc support for regional talent acquisition projects – research, consolidation, newsletter updates
- Ad-hoc support for recruitment processes on candidate sourcing and interview coordination whenever necessary
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to July 2027

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing is a plus
- Good copywriting, photography, video editing, and graphic design skills
- Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Design suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to proactively engage and build relationships with stakeholders, employees, and interns
- Demonstrates strong initiative, independence, and adaptability
- Attention to detail and proactively ask thoughtful questions and seek feedback
- Creative and innovative individual
- Proactive and motivated with good learning agility and a growth mindset
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organisation
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Passionate in Disney’s branding
