Dematic is searching for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter, who will join our global talent acquisition team and support recruiting for the Americas. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750 - $133,100/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do in This Role
- Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies
- Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions
- Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers
- Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
- Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization
- Proven strong, technical sales experience
- Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
- Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction
- Ability to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordingly
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
