Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. You will work across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers to deliver high-quality software solutions and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience in modern frontend frameworks, backend development, cloud platforms, API development, and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build scalable backend APIs, services, and microservices using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations between enterprise platforms, internal applications, cloud services, databases, and third-party systems.
• Develop REST APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create reusable code, components, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, application defects, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement secure, scalable, and reliable solutions following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications and backend services.
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Strong experience developing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered development tools to improve development productivity
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience participating in Agile software development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
