Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and empathetic Associate - Customer Service (Korean Speaker) to join our team in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to our Korean-speaking customers while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. You will handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression and builds lasting customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English with a friendly and supportive demeanor
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining detailed records of all interactions
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers, addressing their concerns and questions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service quality and experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
Qualifications
