Customer Service Representative

A Day in the Life:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to help lead our Checkout Department. As a supervisor, you'll ensure smooth and efficient checkout operations, manage and motivate a team of cashiers, and provide top-notch service to our customers. Your day-to-day will include overseeing shift schedules, training staff, resolving customer inquiries and complaints with a smile, handling multiple forms of payment accurately, and keeping our checkout supplies well-stocked. If you have supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and are proficient with POS systems, we want to hear from you!

What you bring to the table:

• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members, and promote a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Customer Service Skills: Prior customer service skills or related experience.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and machines for counting money, wire transfer processing, and lottery.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle stressful and complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as within a large team.
• Reliability: Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance and comply with workplace conduct standards.
