What you'll be doing

• Welcome customers, understand their beauty needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across fragrance, skincare, makeup, and other beauty categories.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store targets through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, brands, new launches, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Support and guide junior sales team members, sharing product knowledge and selling best practices.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, replenished, priced, and presented according to brand and store standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team on replenishment requirements.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing activities, cash handling where applicable, and maintaining store standards.
• Participate in product launches, promotional activities, events, and other initiatives aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain grooming and professional appearance standards in line with FACES guidelines.
• Support the Store Manager and supervisors in achieving commercial KPIs and maintaining smooth store operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in beauty or luxury retail
• Strong sales and customer-service skills
• Good knowledge of beauty products
• Ability to work toward targets
• The ability to coach or support new team members
