Mission

To manufacture and test PCBs and wiring harnesses with quality and precision, ensuring the correct assembly of electronic components, contributing to the delivery of high-performance electronic solutions. You will be responsible for the electro-mechanical assembly of electronic sub-assemblies into complete systems and box-build products, ensuring every unit meets the highest standards of quality and reliability, ensuring the accurate upload and verification of firmware and software. Analyse test results, troubleshoot production issues and drive rapid resolution of product defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture PCBs, Wiring harnesses and the Electro-mechanical assembly and box build integration of electronic components;
• Load and configure software/firmware on to Electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and assembly documentation;
• Assemble and solder electronic components;
• Use of electronic test equipment such as Multimeters, Power supplies and Oscilloscopes to provide product functionality and acceptance;
• Perform testing and inspection activities to ensure product quality and functionality;
• Diagnose product failures and supporting effective fault resolution within the production environment;
• Create, modify and maintain production work instructions, standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation;

Profile and Requirements

• Professional Course or Higher Professional Technical Course (TESP) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, or a related field (preferred);
• Previous professional experience in similar roles within the electronics industry (preferred);
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters;
• Ability to read and interpret PCB drawings and schematics (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes (preferred);
• Strong team spirit and ability to integrate effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
• High level of responsibility, organization, and task-planning skills;
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
