Job Description:

Seeking a results-driven Channel/Sales Manager coming from an FMCG company to support growth in the assigned area of coverage. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, with good presentation skills and achieving sales targets. And passionate about delivering excellent customer services.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for 3M CBG Products mainly Scotchbrite.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and strategic key accounts.
• Manage and expand strategic key accounts, identify new opportunities and execute key account plans for growth.
• Identify competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the covered territory.
• Prepare key account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline to support the growth in the area.
• Conducts business review to channel partners and strategic key accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills also with strong territory management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales actions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement.
• With a Valid Driver’s License
• Willing to be based in Cagayan De Oro with an area coverage for Region 9, 10 and 13. Managing 3 channel partners in the region.
