About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven leader to shape and advance our portfolio strategy and product management capability across the EMEA region.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will define how our portfolio delivers value across diverse markets—driving strong market positioning, accelerating go-to-market excellence, and enabling sustainable, long-term growth.
Bridging global product strategy and regional commercial execution, you will lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Market Access, and Regulatory functions to maximise both customer impact and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead EMEA portfolio and go‑to‑market strategies aligned to global value propositions and regional market needs
- Lead product launch excellence, creating scalable, repeatable launch frameworks across countries
- Drive portfolio optimisation, competitive positioning and investment prioritisation across product lines
- Translate market, clinical, and competitive insights into clear strategic direction and execution plans
- Partner with Sales to enable commercial success through tools, training and portfolio storytelling
- Lead, develop and scale a high‑performing product management organisation
- Own portfolio performance measurement, prioritisation, and budget management
About You
- 10+ years’ experience in medical device marketing, including senior product or portfolio leadership
- Strong experience in regulated, implantable medical devices (Class IIb / III preferred)
- Proven leader in complex matrix organisations with regional or global scope
- Track record of successful multi‑country product launches and portfolio growth
- Commercially astute, data‑driven and comfortable influencing at C‑suite and board level
- Passionate people leader with experience building and developing high‑performing teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience working across EMEA healthcare markets
- Exposure to audiology, hearing healthcare, or adjacent MedTech sectors
- Strong digital, connected care or data analytics orientation
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
