- Partner with business development and cross-functional teams to advance Nasdaq's go-to-market strategies and achieve consistent, measurable revenue outcomes.
Required Qualifications

- Proven success engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers to drive strategic outcomes.
- Strong ability to build and manage multi-stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams in a matrixed, global environment.
- Consistent, sustained high performance over a mid-to-long-term tenure within a sales organization.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to represent Nasdaq at the highest levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a proactive can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Banking Regulatory Reporting, Risk and Compliance, Capital Markets, Treasury, Investments, or related domain.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic client relationships, driving client engagement, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities for account growth within complex enterprise sales environments. Deep experience with account management best practices in complex, enterprise sales environments.
- Experience working with buy-side institutions, including superannuation funds, asset managers, investment managers, or similar institutional investors, is also desirable.
