Operations Leader - Binance Wallet

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, with a focus on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health
• Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement

Identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topics

• Work closely with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomes
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities
• Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations
• Must have solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior or strong end-to-end project management capabilities
• Must be familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms
• Need to think holistically — not only category knowledge, but also channels, growth, and conversion
• Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics is a strong plus
• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
