Job Description

マニュファクチャリングスペシャリストは、安全に、品質の良い製品を、お客様の納期通りに出荷できるよう生産することを目的に、超音波プローブ、CT検出器などの医療機器の生産に関わる業務を行います。 製造ラインリーダー、生産管理、製造技術、EHSなど製造本部内の各チームへの配属もあり、様々な知識と経験を身に付けていただきます。

【主な職務内容】

安定生産・安定出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて生産性向上への貢献

最初の配属は製造ラインリーダーを予定しています

• 製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業
• 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
• 製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
• 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
• 製造記録の正確な作成と管理
• 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持
• 製造チームとの連携、コミュニケーション
• 製造プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献
• 関連部門（設計、エンジニアリング等）との連携

【応募資格】

• 高卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい）
• 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話）
• 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）

●望ましいスキル

• 製造現場での実務経験2年以上
• 製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識
• 品質管理に関する基本的な知識
• 医療機器製造の経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
