## Role Summary
The AI Enablement / Governance Lead will help Riveron scale responsible, practical, and high-impact AI adoption across the firm. This role will own the operating processes, standards, documentation, training, and governance routines that allow Riveron to move fast while managing risk.
This person should be comfortable operating at the intersection of AI adoption, change management, risk, policy, knowledge management, and product enablement. The role will support Riveron’s AI Champions model, AI use-case intake, training, communications, governance workflows, and responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage AI enablement programs that drive adoption of approved AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Support AI governance processes, including use-case intake, risk review, documentation, approvals, model / tool lifecycle tracking, and control standards.
- Create training materials, playbooks, prompt guides, policy explainers, office hours, and AI adoption resources.
- Partner with Product & Portfolio Lead to ensure AI use cases are prioritized, documented, and measured appropriately.
- Partner with AI engineers to ensure AI products have appropriate controls, testing, monitoring, and user guidance.
- Creating enablement content, facilitating feedback loops, and identifying adoption barriers.
- Track AI adoption, usage, business value, risks, and enablement metrics.
- Help maintain internal knowledge hubs, communication channels, newsletters, and governance repositories.
- Stay current on responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, privacy, security, and emerging AI practices.
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in AI enablement, governance, risk, change management, technology adoption, product operations, compliance, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools, GenAI use cases, prompt practices, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience creating training, documentation, playbooks, procedures, and executive-ready materials.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make complex AI topics simple for business users.
- Ability to coordinate across business, technical, legal, risk, security, and leadership stakeholders.
- Strong process orientation with comfort building lightweight but scalable governance workflows.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar tools a plus.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, finance transformation, or Office of the CFO environments.
- Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management, risk assessments, data classification, privacy, and audit documentation.
- Experience managing communities of practice, champions networks, newsletters, Viva Engage / Teams channels, or learning hubs.
