We’re hiring for a Strategy Partner to be based out of our London office.
Purpose of the Role
The Strategy Partner will lead strategy for 2-3 core clients spanning retail and FMCG.
They will sit within the Strategy team and be responsible for delivering strategic excellence for our clients. With dotted line reporting into the respective client teams they will be a critical member of our teams, helping develop clients and billings and lead new business pitches.
They will use data to understand customers, culture and categories, creating new insights for clients and delivering best practice in client effectiveness strategy. They will uncover how our clients can grow faster, and by connecting this to a deep understanding of the way media can influence customers, will deliver breakthrough strategies which come to life in progressive media plans
Key Responsibilities
- Shaping client strategy to deliver growth
- Finding new ways to understand client challenges using data and insight to surprise and excite our clients
- Driving creativity and a constant evolution of our client media plans
- Presenting and sharing strategies with clients, in pitches and with the agency
- Understanding and orchestrating the planning process on our clients
- Taking the lead on new business briefs, shaping our story to prospective clients and being a critical leader in pitch processes and presentations
- Helping to communicate our brand identity through promotion of work, speaking and writing.
- Take ownership of internal cultural projects & training initiatives, helping to shape our working lives
Qualifications + Skills
- Strong strategy and account planning experience within the Media field.
- Experienced individual, adept at presenting to Marketing Directors and C-Suite, able to maintain strong client relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Skilled in leveraging data and insights to inform planning decisions, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Enjoys problem-solving, meets challenges with grace and optimism, is solutions-oriented.
- Must be curious about the outside world, willing to defy conventional wisdom and capable of inspiring change.
- Motivated, self-starting, collaborative team player who is willing to work independently when required.
- A track record of experimentation would be advantageous.

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office minimum 2 days a week, including every Thursday.
