THE ROLE:

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

We're looking for a Broadcast Supervisor to lead the day-to-day work of our content team in Medellín. - content team should be changes with Broadcast team in Medellín

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan and manage the team's short-term and daily operations
• Manage internal and external communication
• Check and report on the quality and efficiency of analysts' work and the streaming service
• Run training sessions for new employees and help the team grow
• Follow all internal rules and regulations
• Make decisions that improve content quality and efficiency
• Demonstrate expected standards in daily operations and behavior, setting the benchmark for professionalism, collaboration, and accountability within the team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of the relevant sports
• Basic knowledge of the betting industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Good PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
