Marketing Manager - Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ)

We are seeking an exceptional marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive awareness of Formlabs printers across key APJ markets and accelerate our market growth. If you have a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategy, channel partner dynamics, and hands-on marketing execution, we'd love to hear from you.

The Job

• Develop end-to-end marketing plans that align Formlabs and channel partner initiatives across the APJ region.
• Lead regional PR, brand positioning, and awareness programs to strengthen Formlabs' position as the market leader in professional 3D printing.
• Collaborate with global product marketing, content, and translation teams to deliver compelling, locally relevant content for regional customers and partners.
• Develop and implement regional channel programs and empower channel partners with effective product marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
• Engage directly with customers to capture how they use Formlabs products and develop user stories that highlight success across key industries.
• Define, track, and report on regional marketing KPIs and OKRs covering channel performance, web traffic, lead generation, and user engagement.

You

• Fluency in English with proficiency in a key regional language (e.g., Japanese or Korean)
• Experience in regional marketing management
• Strong analytical mindset - able to identify trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt global strategies to local market realities
• Results-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
