As our business continues to grow across Europe, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager – Robotics to lead the successful delivery of robotic automation projects from concept to deployment.
This role combines project leadership with technical expertise, working closely with engineering, operations, and customers to deliver world-class automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects from requirements through deployment.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including robotics, software, hardware, and operations.
- Support the integration, configuration, and deployment of robotic systems.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system validation.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to solution design and technical feasibility assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.
- Background in robotics, industrial automation, mechatronics, or software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to ~50% of the year
