Corporate Finance (Rotational) Career Development Program (FY 2027)

Reimagine What’s Possible

At Air Products, we are committed to developing finance professionals through our Corporate Finance Career (Rotational) Development Program (CDP). You will have an opportunity to work with experienced Finance colleagues that will provide you with challenging work while mentoring and coaching you to learn and grow.

The Finance CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three, 12-month assignments. Rotational positions are available in business-aligned areas, corporate decision support, internal audit, corporate tax, treasury/financial planning, and/or analysis. The goal of the CDP program is to develop the future leaders of the company by giving you the opportunity to develop and deepen your professional and technical skills, experiment with your career interests, and develop your potential. You will be given a broad perspective of our businesses and products, collaborating with the business and functional leaders, and will be encouraged to take the lead in planning and developing your career.

Rotational assignments are in-person, and located at our global company headquarters in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications:

• Recent bachelor’s graduate or graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027 with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Outstanding undergraduate record of achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Ability to demonstrate team, analytical, problem-solving skills, and some leadership abilities through participation on team projects, in campus club/organization leadership positions, or with past jobs/internships.
• Acts with integrity, passion, and commitment to continuous learning.
