Contract Negotiator

Job Title: Contract Negotiator Level: Junior and Senior Location: Poland

Job Overview As a Contract Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth contract execution and maintain strong relationships. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Junior Level:

• Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents.
• Support the negotiation process with clients and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations and amendments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the contract management team.

Senior Level:

• Lead contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
• Develop and implement contract strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on contract management.
• Analyze contract performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Junior Level:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in contract negotiation or management.

Senior Level:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in contract negotiation or management.
• Proven expertise in negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł105 900,00 - zł196 600,00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
