Driver / Facilities Support

The Driver / Facilities Support Assistant is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services while supporting the daily operations of the Facilities Department when driving duties are not required. This role requires a highly dependable, flexible, and self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.

The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service while transporting personnel, equipment, and materials. During periods of downtime, the individual will assist with facility-related tasks, including equipment moves, basic maintenance support, inventory management, and other operational duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Minimum five (5) years of professional driving experience.

· Flexible and available to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong work ethic with a willingness to support multiple departments.

· Professional, courteous, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Physically able to assist with lifting, moving, and handling equipment and supplies.

· Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
