The Team Lead – Technical Recruitment is responsible for leading a team of recruiters while driving the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and technology-focused positions. This role supports business objectives through proactive sourcing, assessment, and hiring of top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

The successful candidate will develop diverse talent pipelines, provide strategic recruitment guidance to stakeholders, analyze recruitment metrics, and foster a high-performing recruiting team. This role demonstrates behaviors aligned with U.S. Bank's Purpose and Core Values.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience leading recruitment teams (required)
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience recruiting for technology organizations within the financial services, banking, fintech, or technology industry

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing, and selection processes
• Proven experience leading and coaching recruiting teams
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets and recruitment strategies
• Effective project management and organizational skills
• Strong networking, marketing, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters
• Drive recruitment strategies and hiring delivery for technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
• Build diverse talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods
• Monitor recruiting performance, metrics, and process effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.
