Customer Quality Engineer
Position Overview
As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will support Customer Quality activities for our Neuromodulation therapies, including complaint handling, investigations, regulatory reporting, and technical support.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and effective resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer feedback and provide technical troubleshooting to support the resolution of customer issues.
- Initiate and investigate product complaints, including root cause analysis.
- Prepare and submit medical device vigilance and regulatory reports to applicable regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate complaint files, quality records, and supporting documentation.
- Identify potential product or quality trends and escalate findings for further evaluation.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Clinical, and other teams to support compliance and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, develop, and work within international teams.
- Interest in healthcare, medical technology, quality, or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Internship, academic project, or previous exposure to engineering, quality, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is desirable.
