Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

Together with your members you will be supporting Dutch speaking market

Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams

Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle

You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients

You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

· Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English language

· Customer centric approach

· Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)

· Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement

· Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools

· Organizational skills and attention to details
