What You Will Do (When the Time Comes):
- Support utility-scale solar and renewable energy construction projects through design development, survey coordination, and construction support activities.
- Develop and maintain 3D construction models using engineering and design packages throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Operations, Survey, Engineering, and Construction teams to ensure designs align with field conditions and construction requirements.
- Review engineering revisions and construction documents to help ensure buildability and compliance with project standards.
- Perform design analyses, surface comparisons, and quality control reviews to support grading, tracker installation, and site development activities.
- Create and maintain construction files and data deliverables needed by field teams for successful project execution.
- Incorporate lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future designs and construction processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, survey, and construction operations.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.
- 3+ years of construction, survey, CAD, or design experience, preferably supporting utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or large civil construction projects.
- Experience working with 3D design and modeling software such as Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction drawings and translate them into 3D environments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site development, grading, and survey workflows.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).

Pay Equity Statement:
$90,000 - $120,000
Primoris Renewable Energy provides the above compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Primoris Renewable Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
