Job Description:

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated RF Product Engineering Engineer to support / lead RF semiconductor product engineering activities while driving AI and automation initiatives within the organization.
• The candidate will work closely with RF Product Engineering, Test Engineering, NPI, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve engineering efficiency, manufacturing analytics, automation, & intelligent data analysis using AI technologies.

Job Requirements:

• -BS or MS or PhD in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Science).
• -Candidates with more than 5 years working experience and a strong background in new product engineering and/or RF test development background will be considered.

RF Product Engineering Support

• Support & Lead RF semiconductor product engineering activities throughout NPI to production stages.
• Analyze electrical test data, yield performance, pareto trends, and reliability results
• Support failure analysis, debug activities, and engineering investigations
• Work closely with test engineering, wafer fab, assembly, and reliability team
• Monitor product health and manufacturing performance.
• Support engineering qualification and production ramp activities
• Participate in customer issue investigation and resolution activities.
• Candidates with coding background will be advantage to build up automation tools for engineering data analysis, reporting, & AI-Driven solution to improve engineering productivity & operational efficiency.

Technical Requirements

• RF / Semiconductor / Digital background.
• Basic understanding of RF semiconductor manufacturing flow
• Knowledge in semiconductor assembly, test, yield analysis, or product engineering
• Understanding of NPI and production qualification processes is an added advantage
• Programming skill
• Data analytics and visualization

Soft Skills

• Leadership (important as need to lead a team)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in cross-functional environment
• Self-motivated and capable of leading projects independently

Preferred Experience

• Semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Product engineering or yield engineering exposure
• AI automation project implementation
• Data-driven engineering analytics
