Responsibilities

• Analyze and document logistics and transportation processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.
• Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.
• Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.
• Eagerness to understand and optimize logistical and transportational systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to convey operational insights clearly.
