What are we looking for?

The Officer, Agent Onboarding Support manage the end-to-end onboarding and support process for agency recruits, ensuring timely system setup, and compliance requirements to enable agents to become sales ready.

What are we expecting from this role?

• Prepare agency agreements and onboarding documents.
• Manage the end-to-end contract stamping process, including cover letter preparation and document handling.
• Maintain witness records and onboarding documentation.
• Perform onboarding data entry and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end email creation and communication requests.
• Support system setup and activation for new agents
• Maintain onboarding databases, trackers, and filing records.
• Prepare onboarding reports.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate onboarding completion and agent activation

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations
• Relevant Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred
• Strong command of spoken and written English with good presentation skills
• Good coordination, decision-making, and process management skills
