Job Description

Are you looking to be a part of an engaging, fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy talking to people and generating leads? If so, we are looking for someone like you! We are searching for experienced professionals who are driven by achieving daily attainment goals to work in a popular grocery store as a Brand Ambassador for a rewards program. The Rewards Specialist will engage with shoppers to encourage sign ups and help build an index of leads for a new shopper rewards program. This is a part-time position; the ideal candidate will be available at least 4-5 days a week, Thursday through Monday - beginning end of January through March.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate shoppers
• Promote brand awareness
• Generate sign ups and leads
• Educate store associates
• Collect data and shopper feedback for daily reporting
• Set up and take down of event materials
• Arrive at store on-time
• Deliver timely event recaps

Qualifications

• Retail and/or sales experience
• Tech savvy and able to operate a variety of mobile devices
• Enthusiastic and goal oriented personality
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Brand ambassador experience a plus
• Reliable vehicle/transportation
• Availability for at least 4-5 days a week
• Must pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
