Job Description
Shaping the Future of Talent at Sia
You will be at the forefront of building Sia’s India capability and supporting global hiring, responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier technology talents, consultants and professionals across multiple corporate functions that will shape the future of our business. You will also play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and internal growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business consulting roles across India and global locations.
- Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies including tailoring to niche roles in Data, AI, Engineering, and Consulting
- Leverage platforms like SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university channels to build strong pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate assessments and hiring team interviews.
- Maintain SmartRecruiters with up-to-date candidate pipelines, notes, and reporting for visibility and decision-making.
Drive Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain a curated talent community with top profiles from targeted companies, universities, and events.
- Provide market insights on compensation trends, sourcing challenges, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Recommend and execute career fair engagements, and outreach strategies to strengthen talent presence in India.
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate & Hiring Experience
- Own the candidate journey from sourcing to offer, ensuring clarity, speed, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely feedback from hiring teams.
- Provide meaningful feedback to candidates to reinforce Sia’s brand as a people-first organization.
