  • Maintain accurate asset records, including ownership, location, status and financial information
  • Validate key asset attributes such as serial numbers across lifecycle touchpoints
  • Support billing, forecasting and financial reconciliation activities
  • Ensure end-to-end asset lifecycle data integrity from onboarding to end-of-life
  • Support compliance, audit and reporting requirements

What you’ll need

  • Experience working with asset, configuration or service data in an enterprise or managed services environment
  • Strong data analysis, reconciliation and root-cause analysis skills
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally CMDB or Asset Management
  • Exposure to SAP or similar ERP platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence presenting insights in PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and spoken English (minimum CEFR B2)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel globally

If you’re passionate about data quality and want to make a visible impact on customer outcomes and service delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
