A Day in the Life
At Medtronic, we are united by our Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. As an Associate Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure products are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment.
- Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.
- Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes, with familiarity in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and working within regulated environments. Experience managing or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is essential. The candidate should also demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support efficient, compliant, and high-quality supply chain operations.
