Location: São Paulo, Brazil Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will support recruitment activities across Latin America, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The role combines recruitment coordination, talent market insights, sourcing support, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment operations and maintain accurate candidate data and reports.
  • Gather talent market insights and feedback from new hires across LATAM, with a focus on Brazil.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
  • Assist with job posting, employer branding, and talent attraction activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition coordination, administration, or customer-facing support roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with MS Office, ATS platforms or LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
