About the Role:
The Application Security Senior Consultant will deliver generative AI enabled source code review based application security engagements. The Sr. Consultant is expected to be able to coordinate with senior leadership, plan, and oversee execution of assessments and assist the other CrowdStrike Services’ functions to help improve customers' security defense. This person should be capable of supporting, managing, and mentoring less experienced red team members in application security engagements focused on source code review.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a primary contact for coordination and delivery of generative AI enabled source code review engagements.
- Refine, improve, and present outputs from generative AI enabled source code review for both management and technical audiences.
- Document and communicate recommendations to improve generative AI enabled source code review technologies.
- Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels (executive leadership and technical support teams) within CrowdStrike.
- Organize resources to perform generative AI enabled source code review engagements.
- Must be able to work as an operator and project manager on various types of penetration testing offerings, including external penetration tests and web application penetration tests, when not engaged in generative AI enabled source code review engagements.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Penetration Testing or Application Security activities is highly preferred.
- Advanced experience with application security focused source code review.
- Advanced experience with generative AI technologies, including their use in conducting source code review.
- Advanced experience with Security Assessment Toolsets (Nessus, Burp Suite, etc.).
- Comprehensive understanding of the security methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Advanced experience in automation and scripting of applications and systems.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
- Desirable Certifications: OSWE, OSWA, GWAPT.
- Occasional travel may be required (<25%).

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $115,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
