About The Role:
As a Supplier Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming materials. You will perform inspections, support supplier quality activities, investigate nonconformities, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on quality work, data analysis, and maintaining high product standards in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct Quality Inspections: Performs thorough incoming inspections and component selection to ensure adherence to established quality standards for aerospace.
- Vendor Communication Management: contacts suppliers in cases of nonconformities.
- Analyze Quality Data: Evaluates and interprets quality metrics and data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Complex Quality Issues: Identifies and provides solutions to atypical or infrequent quality problems using existing procedures and best practices (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
- Work Collaboratively with Crossfunctional Teams to achieve quality objectives and resolve issues.

What you will need:
- Advanced knowledge of quality control processes and industry specific standards (especially aerospace).
- Problem solving skills.
- Capability of data analysis: analyzes quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement and prepares comprehensive quality reports.
- Process improvement ownership experience: implements and optimizes quality procedures to enhance efficiency and product standards.
- Accurately maintain and update detailed quality records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Communication & Team Collaboration skills: effectively conveys complex technical information to team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail: Ensures precision and accuracy in inspections, testing, and quality assessments.
- Fluent English and Polish language skills
