Job Description:

• Handle all Finish goods from MMT to customers smoothly.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to promptly support and fulfill customer requirements.
• Deal with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure all export requirements and shipping schedules are met.
• Assist in managing daily routine tasks, documentation, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Support expedite shipping modes and urgent arrangements to meet strict transit time requirements.
• Perform other related tasks and administrative support as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BA. in any field
• 1-3 years of experience in Traffic or related field
• Good communication skills, a strong team player mindset, proactive analytical capability, and good problem-solving skills under pressure
• Good command in English both writing and speaking
• Good computer literacy (MS Office) and AI literacy to leverage modern digital tools for efficiency.
