The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
• Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
• Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients
• Maintain documentation for assumptions and changes

Essential Requirements

• Experience in managing large-scale AI deployments (Approximately - 100-300 NVL72 racks or large No of GPU Servers) :-
• Deployment of AI Servers (Dell/SuperMicro/Lenovo/HPE)
• Deployment of Network Switches (Dell/Nvidia/Arista/Cisco)
• Exposure in project managing Dell EMC Storage/Compute solutions, GenAI Infrastructure Solutions will be an added advantage
• Capable of managing resources including junior project managers, technical resource and external vendors
• Financial experience in revenue and costs forecasting
• Professional working proficiency in English with strong business communication skills
• High amount of travel within Malaysia. A certain degree of travel across South-East Asia will also be required. Some occurrences of travel within APJ could occur
• Flexibility in performing tasks out of office hours when required

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• PMP certification is advantageous
