This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes. The Technician III, Molding & Tooling Engineering , is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in mold tooling design and molding processes. You will apply advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities while adhering to procedures.

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle highly complex technical tasks related to mold tooling design and molding processes, supporting operations and contributing to efficiency within defined procedures
  • Make significant decisions within the scope of your tasks, requiring advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
  • Ensure rigorous quality control and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Complete all required training and commit to continuous improvement in operations.

  • Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.

Minimum requirement:

  • Minimum diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Good to have electrical & PLC experience
  • Must be willing to work in 12 hours weekly rotational shift
