- Troubleshoot problems and take the appropriate corrective action by looking at ULS, event logs & IIS logs
- Perform installations and monthly platform patching
- Assist in site migrations and upgrades on premise
- Assist in data & site migrations to Office 365 using Metalogix
- Document standards and operating procedures
- Support custom SharePoint hosted-provider applications
- Perform backup and recovery
- Experience with SharePoint Site Management, SharePoint Central Administration, PowerShell, Active Directory, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer
- Experience working independently, as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of Metalogix and/or SPDocKit a plus
- Excellent communications skills with an emphasis on follow-through, tracking and indispensable service
- Multi-task and coordinate problem resolution management
- Takes initiative and plans effectively
- Anticipates and prevents potential user problems

6-12 Month Contract
