Industry Sales Manager

As the Industry Sales Mgr, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy for a defined industry segment, focusing on complex and high-value opportunities.

On a given day, you may:

• Develop account strategies and engagement models aligned with industry, customer needs and market potential.
• Build senior-level relationships within key industry accounts.
• Guide deal strategy, solution positioning, and negotiation for assigned opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends and customer insights to inform tactical sales planning.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor industry offerings.
• Support sales teams with industry expertise and deal execution guidance.
• Monitor pipeline quality and prioritization within the segment.
• Provide input into go-to-market initiatives based on industry insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor for industry-specific sales execution.

To be successful you:

• Need minimum a bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical, mechatronic engineering, or similar;
• Relevant experience in outside business-to-business sales of technical/ mechanical systems and equipment.
• Excellent communicator.
• Fluent English language is mandatory.
• Availability for national and international trips up to 60% of the time;
• Home based – around Mexico City.
