HR Manager

Company Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager with a strong understanding of the fintech, banking, payments or financial services environment to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategy, policies and procedures
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, financial and compliance functions
• Develop job descriptions, candidate profiles and recruitment processes
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Build structured onboarding and employee induction programs
• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee benefits
• Develop performance-management processes, KPIs and employee evaluations
• Support management in defining organizational structures, roles and reporting lines
• Develop compensation and salary structures appropriate for the Lebanese market
• Establish employee policies, code of conduct and internal HR procedures
• Coordinate employee training and professional development
• Coordinate with Compliance and senior management on employee-related regulatory requirements
• Help build a strong, professional and performance-driven company culture
• Support workforce planning as the company scales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services or technology companies is strongly preferred
• Strong recruitment and talent-acquisition experience
• Ability to recruit both technical and non-technical profiles
• Good understanding of fintech organizational structures and key functions
• Familiarity with roles in Technology, Cybersecurity, Compliance, AML/KYC, Operations and Finance
• Good knowledge of Lebanese labor practices and HR administration
• Experience developing HR policies and procedures
• Experience with performance management and employee development
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work directly with senior management
• Arabic & English required, French is a plus
