Job Description
This role is expected to perform experiments to support downstream process development activities for viral vectors manufacturing.
- Execute Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) operations, including system setup, processing, monitoring, and documentation
- Support downstream processing activities, including Clarification, Nuclease Treatment, Fitler Screening, Sterile Filtration and AEX chromatography (both manual and AKTA-based operations)
- Perform and support column packing activities
- Capture, maintain, and document process parameters and analytical data within the project Master Data File
- Assist with inventory management and the procurement of project supplies to ensure material availability and operational continuity
- Record and analyze experimental data, verify data integrity and accuracy
- Report/summarize findings to the project team
- Write technical documents and main work records in electronic notebooks
Qualifications
