4.與各部室或各機構協調溝通事宜。

5.境內基金事務處理作業-開戶資料收件、變更、審核、檢查及建檔。

6.申購買回作業說明及境內外基金事務作業申辦情形。

7.洗錢防制有關作業

8.協助部門同仁職務支援。

9.主管交辦事項。

10客戶服務-查詢、交易問題、索取所須提供之資料、建議反應問題、抱怨申訴等問題。
