About the Position
The company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations within its innovative modular production environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing in-house craftspeople and subcontractors while ensuring projects move efficiently from framing through final finishes.

Unlike traditional field construction roles, this position offers a Monday through Thursday work schedule, providing a better work-life balance while working inside a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead daily construction activities from framing through project completion.
- Supervise in-house field personnel and subcontractors to maintain production schedules.
- Coordinate multiple trades while ensuring quality workmanship and efficient workflow.
- Maintain compliance with residential building codes and company quality standards.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep production on schedule.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project management and production leadership to achieve schedule and quality objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibilities.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Extensive residential construction experience, including single-family and/or multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of the International Residential Code (IRC) and residential building practices.
- Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily production activities.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment where quality and efficiency are equally important.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
