Join our Game Publishing team as a Project Manager/Producer and drive internal and external projects forward. Working closely with development partners and internal teams, you’ll coordinate the key activities required to create and ship successful games - from production and development to marketing and launch.
Job Description
Project Management & Delivery
Be responsible for the planning, timelines, and execution of projects directly connected to game publishing or supporting the publishing team. Ensure projects stay on track, proactively identify challenges, and drive them towards successful delivery in a fast-changing environment.
Community Management
Help to grow and manage the player community. Help ensuring players voices are heard and understood to reflect on game projects. Manage game activations globally to support local campaigns.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
Act as the first point of contact for game projects, both internally and externally. Build strong relationships with development partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Game & Industry Expertise
Bring a strong interest in the gaming industry and an understanding of game monetization systems. Understand what makes a great game and actively contribute to decision-making processes that shape the development and publishing of our games.
Performance & Growth
Monitor game analytics and performance to understand how our games are performing and where opportunities for improvement exist. Use relevant insights to support decisions and help drive the continued success of our games.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management, with a proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
Fluent English communication skills, with strong collaboration and communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong interest in gaming and game communities, with an understanding of game KPIs and the ability to engage with and support game communities.
Experience and interest in managing external partners, building effective relationships, and coordinating work across internal and external stakeholders.
Self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the gaming industry.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.535,- brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
