The energy transition demands speed, scale, and strategic partnerships — and that's where you come in. We're seeking an experienced originator to expand our commercial presence across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Your impact

As (Senior) Power Originator Benelux, you’ll help us shape the future of energy by identifying opportunities, leading deal negotiations, and building long-term partnerships across the Benelux region.

This is a commercial role with a real mission: enabling a cleaner, smarter, and more flexible energy system for everyone.

What you will do

• Originate new business in the energy storage space across the Benelux region.
• Lead complex deal processes from first contact to signed contract.
• Build and grow strong partnerships with utilities, developers, and industrial clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align each deal with Return’s long-term strategy.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to our clients and stakeholders.

What you bring

• 10+ years of B2B sales or commercial experience; energy experience is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of the Benelux power market and energy transition challenges.
• Proven track record in high-value, complex transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to travel.
