Court Reporter (Depositions & Litigation)

CLFC is expanding its court reporting roster in New York to support deposition and litigation reporting. We are seeking experienced New York court reporters interested in picking up deposition, arbitration, and examination under oath assignments alongside their existing clients and caseload.

• Complete Flexibility: The roster is strictly non-exclusive. You maintain full control over your schedule and choose only the assignments that fit your availability.
• Compensation: $40.00 per hour for appearance time, plus 70% of the negotiated transcript rate. Real-time, expedited, and daily copy assignments carry additional compensation.
• Full Administrative Support: CLFC handles contracting, logistics, client coordination, and invoicing so you can focus entirely on verbatim reporting and transcript delivery.
• Streamlined Workflow: Assignments, updates, and schedule management are coordinated through CLFC's BRIDGE App to minimize administrative downtime.

Requirements

• Active court reporting certification or licensure in good standing as required in New York.
• Demonstrated experience reporting depositions, arbitrations, and complex civil litigation.
• Reliable real-time or standard transcript turnaround capabilities.
