## Job Description

Role Summary

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the Bid & Quote team in preparing bid P&Ls, evaluating pricing structures, and maintaining financial governance. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented graduate with one to two years of work experience, eager to build commercial acumen, work with real-world financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid & Quote Support: Assist in preparing Bid P&Ls for key proposals, tenders, and client contracts.
• Data & Pricing Analysis: Help analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer price sensitivity to support profitability insights.
• Governance & Compliance: Document required price approvals, participate in the bid scrub process, and ensure adherence to internal policy and authorization standards.
• Database & Price List Maintenance: Maintain accurate product cost databases and assist in updating and issuing regional price lists.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior analysts, product managers, and sales teams to present clear, data-backed insights.

## Basic Requirements

• Full working rights in Singapore
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Recent graduates welcome).
• Technical Skills: Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools, process scripting, or AI tools is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with an ability to work with commercial data and basic financial models.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude.
• Certifications (Optional): Progress toward professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous but not required.
