MS - EUS Apprentice/Intern (6 months)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join AHEAD's Managed Services team as EUS Apprentices. This apprenticeship gives you hands-on exposure to end-user computing environments, IT support operations, and enterprise-grade service delivery. You will learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world IT support tasks from Day 1.

What You Will Do:

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
• Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding — account creation and device provisioning
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps
• Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience
• Handle Inbound/Outbound calls
• Looking for 2026 graduates.

What We Are Looking For:

• Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
• Customer-first mindset with a keen problem-solving attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment
