Analytica is seeking a Principal Analytics Lead to provide overall leadership, coordination, and accountability for a mission-critical IRS fraud analytics program supporting pre-refund fraud detection, identity theft analytics, first-party fraud risk mitigation, and portfolio-level performance oversight. The role will coordinate multi-workstream analytical execution, align contractor activities with Government priorities, guide operational reporting and stakeholder communications, and ensure analytical outputs are translated into actionable recommendations for IRS decision-makers.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as the senior analytics lead responsible for day-to-day coordination, issue tracking, communication with Government stakeholders, and alignment of contractor resources across workstreams.
- Provide overall leadership, coordination, and accountability for contract execution across fraud analytics, emerging risk response, and portfolio reporting workstreams.
- Support portfolio-level execution by tracking work performed, upcoming activities, staffing risks, dependencies, quality reviews, and required documentation in Government-designated systems.
- Translate analytical findings, model/rule performance results, fraud metrics, release plan outputs, and operational indicators into clear recommendations for Government stakeholders and senior leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex analytics, compliance, fraud detection, risk management or regulatory analytics programs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting fraud analytics, compliance analytics, or comparable analytics within a federal agency or similarly complex regulatory environment. .
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance.
