As a member of the PH Strategy team, the Director G&B Strategy will play a pivotal role in setting and executing the strategic direction for the business unit, with specific emphasis on strategic deep-dives, business development, geographical expansion, transformation, and digitization.

## Your role:

• As Director G&B Strategy lead you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the G&B business by diagnosing strategic challenges, developing strategic plans, facilitating problem solving, and translating plans into actions
• You support the organic / inorganic growth agenda for PH
• You ensure and validate – working closely with colleagues in G&B and PH overall Businesses and Finance, Regional colleagues – that strategies are embedded in operational and regional plans
• You collect and derive insights from up-to-date information about markets, competition, technical and societal development, enabling active portfolio management within PH;
• You team up effectively with senior management and interact with local stakeholders
• You act as a close counterpart to other Directors of Strategy within Philips Personal Health or Group Strategy and help to execute strategies across Philips

## You're the right fit if:

• 10+ years’ experience in personal care industry, or within an outstanding Strategy Consulting firm (e.g. BCG, Bain, McKinsey)/Strategy and Business Development role at an executive level for an outstanding Consumer, Consumer Health or HealthTech company.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including understanding of Personal Health environment, consumer landscape and delivery models (most important Grooming & Beauty)
• International business experience and in-depth experience in the Consumer or HealthTech domain
• Proven track-record influencing and building strong working relationships
• Proven track record of significant impact both in strategy definition and strategy execution in multinational organizations
• Agility, adaptability, strong communication, a growth mindset, and collaborative execution
• Willingness to travel

## Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €93,049.00 - € 155,081.00.

We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 6% on-target Short Term Incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
